Bond issue is asset backed. First legal charge held by Independent Trustee over project assets on behalf of Bondholders, in addition to 7 million in assets pledged by Fornax to the Trustee

Fornax Capital Ltd is offering £3 million of Corporate Bonds with each Bond having a maturity date ten years from issue and paying a fixed yield of 10% per annum on investments or a 14.25% deferred income option paid on redemption of the bond.

Bond maturity term of ten years. Multicurrency bond, offering the choice to invest in GBP, EURO, DOLLAR & DKK.

Bond open to High Net Worth, Sophisticated and Restricted Investors. Minimum investment of £10,000.

SECURITY

Jade State Wealth Ltd takes first legal charge over thedevelopment plot and other associated assets equal to or in excess of the value of the investment. In the event of insolvency or a failure to make interest payments, the Security Trustee will exercise their charge over the property and, subject to instructions from the Bond Holders, liquidate the assets to repay all Bond Holders. Project Financing is only approved under circumstances where the asset value of the project is far greater than the committed capital. In addition to first charge over the developers’ assets, Fornax Capital has assets of £7 million used to secure the Corporate Bond. There is a director’s resolution in place to maintain a minimum of £3 million of assets pledged to the Security Trustee for bondholder protection.

THE OFFERING
Fornax Capital Ltd is offering £3 million of Corporate Bonds with each Bond having a maturity date ten years from issue and paying a fixed yield of 10% per annum on investments or a 14.25% deferred income option paid on redemption of the bond.

Invest from £10,000 to £3,000,000
Minimum investment amount of £10,000.
Interest is paid quarterly each April, July, October and January.
Repayment in full after 10 years from the registration date.
Option to redeem after 2 years, with a 5% penalty applicable if
redeemed before 3 years non-transferable.
Secured by a debenture and fixed and floating charge against
the Company’s assets.
The Director will maintain a balance sheet with a minimum of £3
million in assets.

LOCATION
The project is located in Greater Copenhagen in an area thathas historically been used for business purposes, includingservices, shops, storage etc.The local municipality has prepared a master plan for the district, where connectivity to the city centre is strengthened. The area is now being converted to retail services and shops while back lying areas are converted from industrial use to a residential area.
The developments are supported by the area’s strong infrastructure from the local railway station. From here it is just 17 min. travel time by train to Copenhagen Central Station.
